We obtain this information only from you: through web forms, e-mail correspondence, server logs, strictly necessary cookies and, if you allow it, cookie-free analytics measurement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not give it to anyone for advertising. The limited sharing is as follows:
- Our hosting and backup service providers established in Türkiye: Our site, your form data and analytics records are kept in these providers' data centres in Türkiye, on our behalf and on our instructions.
- Public authorities: only where the law requires it.
- Our legal and financial advisers: only where a dispute or a legal duty requires it.
We do not send your data abroad. If such a need arises in the future, we will not do so before the legal conditions are met, and we will update this notice.
Your rights
By writing to us you can find out whether your data is being processed, request a copy, ask why and how we use it, find out who we share it with, have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete, have it deleted, ask that these changes also be passed on to the parties we shared it with, object to a result of an automated evaluation that is to your detriment, and claim compensation if you have suffered damage from unlawful processing.
How to apply
Fill in the Data Subject Request Form or write to kvkk@meditechlabs.ai together with information that verifies your identity. We reply within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If you do not find our reply satisfactory, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
